These terms apply to your use of the DefPay website and to applications for a merchant account.

Applying for an account

You must give accurate, complete and current information, and you must be authorised to act for the business you apply for. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval; we may decline any application.

Verification

You allow us to verify the information and documents you provide, including with third-party verification services where needed.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details and API keys secret and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Your use of the payment services is also governed by the merchant agreement shared with you on approval.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service for any illegal, fraudulent or prohibited business, or try to interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
